We appreciated the hotel's sustainability efforts and the provision of toothbrush sets and simple sets. the hotel's key location and proximity to tourist attractions made it easy to explore the city.

The hotel could improve by providing moisturizers and creams. the visibility of the staff room from the counter was a bit uncomfortable, and a curtain or shutter door may be helpful.

The hotel offered toothbrush sets and simple amenities, which aligns with their sustainability values. the staff were friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome. the moment we entered the room, we noticed how clean and comfortable it was. the bathroom was spotless, with warm lighting and refreshing scent. Breakfast was delicious with local delicacies and fresh fruits. We enjoyed the peaceful view from the window and appreciated the convenient location, close to transportation and local shops.

There was a minor flaw in the design where the counter faces a staff room which can be seen from the lobby area.

Spent a lovely Christmas with my family at a hotel recently and it was amazing! Loved the fact that the hotel was eco-friendly and thought about sustainability. They provided toothbrush sets and ordinary simple sets which was great. The staff were super friendly and always kind especially during the Christmas Eve Celebration. The location was perfect since we were close to great restaurants and shops where we did some last minute shopping for gifts. , the fact that this hotel didn't have any visible staff rooms from the counter made us feel extra comfortable and more at home.

Our only issue was that they didn't prepare moisture and cream which was quite a letdown. We had to go out and buy some additional products from nearby stores.
